A Modest Car, A Cloudy Smooth Ride. by ND on 11/22/2010. Trim: 1996 Chevrolet Lumina Sedan, Owned 1 year.

Pros: Mine is from 1996, currently as of the ending of 11/10, it has now 48,400 miles. Run's smoothly, got it at a super cheap price from a very very literally old family friend, I'm a "young" person. Handles really really well. Just don't drive your car like a maniac and it'll treat you well. Keep it nice to a top speed of 60-75MPH no matter where you're at and keep your speeds constant, it'll treat you very well. Has a really extremely cloudy smooth ride, almost incomparable to the suspension of tires and rotation systems in present day. Shocks and suspension on this car are the absolute smoothest.

Cons: Not much very bad I can say, the car is now 14 years old, needed 1 Alternator replaced, quick job; cheap. 48,000 miles so far, has quite a life ahead of it. If you take care of your engine, it'll take care of you.

Overall review: Good car, extremely cloudy smooth ride on all bumps and gravels. Mediocre design, but handles really really well.
