The Sentra is Nissan’s entry-level sedan that was originally introduced in 1985. The fifth-generation Sentra offered value-conscious trims with unique style and feel, as well as performance-oriented trims. For 2007 the sixth-generation Sentra debuted, designed and built on the new “C” platform featuring a longer, wider and taller body. With looks that are similar to the full-size Maxima on the outside, the interior is more spacious, and the all-new 2.0-liter engine has more horsepower. For 2010, the Sentra received a styling update and feature upgrades, followed in 2012 by a complete redesign that featured an all-new platform, a newly designed exterior, a roomier interior, upscale electronics and improved fuel efficiency.
