The Eos is Volkswagen’s four-seat convertible that features a power retractable hardtop. Volkswagen refers to the roof structure as CSC (coupe-sunroof-convertible), which incorporates both a panoramic glass sunroof and a heated-glass rear window. The large sunroof panel can be opened without lowering the top structure and is sandwiched between the roof panels when the power hardtop is lowered completely. Named after the Greek goddess of dawn, Eos was added to the Volkswagen lineup for 2007.
