The Tundra is Toyota’s full-size pickup truck, which was completely redesigned for 2007 and is larger in every dimension than its predecessor. Riding on a new, more rigid frame that is six inches wider, the Tundra has a double A-arm front suspension with coil-over spring/shock units, fully boxed front half and 18-inch wheels. Available in Regular Cab, Double Cab and CrewMax styles, the Tundra also features three bed lengths, three engines, three wheelbases and a choice of 4x2 or 4x4 configurations. New features include the Double Cab’s front-hinged doors, which open to 80 degrees for easy access; the seat bottom that folds up to provide a flat floor storage area; the CrewMax with best-in-class 44.5 inches of rear-seat legroom; and the seat back that folds down for flexibility in seating versus storage. The Tundra CrewMax is the biggest truck in Toyota’s history, at more than 19 feet long.
