Saturn SL

Saturn's SL received the first major makeover in its brief history in 1996. That history, which began in 1985 when General Motors created Saturn as an autonomous subsidiary, has seen Saturn take a unique approach to many aspects of the automotive design processes, manufacturing and marketing. With a focus on the ownership experience, Saturn promotes a sense of kinship between Saturn owners, and demand for used Saturns remains high. The car features body-side panels made of a ding- and dent-resistant polymer material.
