The ES 300h is Lexus’ first midsize luxury hybrid sedan. The 300h features the Lexus spindle grille, with the same new design language and enhanced handling of the redesigned ES 350 sedan. The new ES design features a lower profile and clean lines, and while the wheelbase is increased by 1.8 inches, the overall length increases by only 1.0 inch. The 2013 Lexus ES 300h is the first ES hybrid with Lexus Hybrid Drive. The Lexus Hybrid Drive system for the ES 300h combines a 2.5-liter 156-horsepower 4-cylinder Atkinson cycle engine with electric drive for a total system output of 200 horsepower.
