The XK Series is Jaguar’s grand touring coupe and convertible. When the XK Series debuted as a 1997 model, the XK8 replaced the XJS, ending the 21-year run for the XJS. The XK8 was the spiritual descendant of the legendary E-Type and XK120, and featured Jaguar’s first use of a V8 engine. The supercharged XKR was added for 2000.
