Infiniti FX

The FX is Infiniti’s sporty and performance-oriented crossover SUV that received its first major redesign for the 2009 model year. The first Infiniti FX debuted in early 2003 with a design which closely resembled the second-generation FX45 concept that was described by Infiniti as a “bionic cheetah.” With an aerodynamic but rigid body structure, the FX is still lightweight and continues to feature an extensive list of available equipment and technology. An industry-first safety technology that debuted on the FX is Distance Control Assist which reduces the challenge of driving in heavy traffic by releasing the throttle and applying the brakes to maintain a safe distance from the vehicle ahead.
