The ATS is Cadillac’s all-new rear-wheel drive compact luxury sport sedan. The ATS offers a new expression of Cadillac’s Art & Science philosophy and Cadillac describes the driving dynamics as quick, nimble and fun-to-drive. The ATS is the lightest and most agile Cadillac with a curb weight of less than 3,400 pounds, making it one of the lightest cars in the segment. Cadillac engineers tested the ATS on racetracks around the world to achieve a balance between performance and refinement with nearly a 50:50 weight distribution. Components include a five-link independent rear suspension, multi-link double-pivot MacPherson-strut front suspension, driver-adjustable FE3 suspension with Magnetic Ride Control, electric variable-effort ZF steering, four-channel ABS with available Brembo brakes and available all-wheel drive.
