The 7-Series is BMW’s flagship luxury sedan that was redesigned for 2009 and added the V12-powered 760Li for 2010. Still offered in regular and extended wheelbase versions, both the 750i and 750Li are powered by a 400-horsepower 4.4-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine. The styling of the 7-Series continues to evolve after the fourth-generation 7-Series debuted in 2002 with controversial new styling. The fourth-generation 7-Series was also the most high-tech vehicle to be offered by BMW up to that time and new technology including the equally controversial iDrive which integrated many vehicle functions into a single controller in the center console. The 7-Series continues to feature the latest high-technology features. The 7-Series was first introduced to the U.S. in 1986 and the fourth-generation 7-Series has proven to also be the most successful 7-Series ever.
