The TSX is Acura’s small sports sedan, which was redesigned for the 2009 model year and for 2010 added an optional V6 engine for the first time. The TSX Special Edition was added for the 2012 model year. The new design incorporates Acura’s Keen Edge Dynamic styling, which defines a new design direction for Acura sedans. Highlighted by a new signature Acura grille, the redesigned TSX is both longer and wider, with a longer wheelbase and a wider track to provide additional interior room. The original TSX debuted at the 2003 North American International Auto Show in Detroit and was designed to compete head-on with other premium sports sedans from Europe and Japan.
