Better than a Liberty

Pros:
The I-6 engine is without a doubt the best engine Jeep has ever made. Mine has 212,000 miles and I didn't hestitate a minute to tow our camper for vacation this summer. My mail carrier has one and when I told her my miles, she just said, "Oh so it's almost broken in". I had to replace the alternator, but other than that nothing. My dad bought a Liberty and imediatlly agreed replacing the cherokee was a huge mistake, and I agree.
Cons:
Gas Mileage. Shocks wear quickly, but mine has been USED. However, they do not seem to last as long as other 4X4 Ihave had.
Overall review:
Buy one while you can still find them

Pros:
Great traction on slick roads and off road. With chains on all four its nearly unstoppable.
Cons:
The rear springs have sagged. need a solution.
Overall review:
Excellent second car for all around use. space is a little cramped but the roof rack helps a lot.

Pros:
I am able to transport myself into and out of the fron seat without
my bilateral leg braces being too much of a hindrance.
Cons:
My vehicle is10 years old. I would wish I were financially able
to have it re-painted!
Overall review:
For the number of years driven and the purpose for which this vehicle was purchased,
I am really pleased.

Pros:
Very capable off road even though its a 2WD. Lots of cargo room, love the fold down rear seats.
Engine is very very reliable, no problems out of the automatic tranny so far.
Cons:
Gas mileage, its a jeep after all. i get 20mpg on hwy and 17mpg city.
Otherwise, NOTHING!
Overall review:
I love it, but if you dont need a vehicle capable of being both a on-road and off-road ride then you may not want the extra cost in gas.
