Pros:
This is a great car. Looks good, feels good. This car is a great representation of MB's expertise in the automotive world.
Cons:
Gas mileage, (repairs$$$!!!!!!), air-matic system, minor sensor issues. (although minor, can still get spendy)
Overall review:
Awesome car. When it was made it was the equivalent of a space ship. 10 yrs later and its still a competing luxury sedan.

Pros:
very classy, ultimate comfort, fast and smooth, stately, full of (actually useful) gadgetry found nowhere else.
Cons:
COMMAND system should be revised (ie. instead of cursor, should be a touchscreen that can flip into the dash a la SC430 as not to see those ugly finger prints), NAV system should use DVD to avoid all of those cd's. AMG rims are ugly. I prefer the 6 spoke rims. The rear apron could be redesigned to look more agressive and get rid of that plastic moulding under the beautiful chrome dual exhaust pipes.
Overall review:
this car is soooo S-CLASSY. The kind of car you want to pull up with at your high school graduation. It's like driving the starship enterprise on land, quiet, fast and comfortable. Soak up all those bumps as you listen to your favorite tune burning past everyone in the fast lane with ease.
