Pros:
Handles well in traffic and gets good gas milage despite size.
Cons:
Sliding door locks do not always open automatically. Cruise control does not always catch right away.
Overall review:
Great vehicle for long trips. Dependable, even in cold weather starts easily. Like any vehicle, basic maintainace a must to improve performance.

3.0 liter, 6 cylinder is Junk
by R.C. from MO. on 07/09/2006.
Trim: 2000 Chrysler Voyager Grand SE, Owned 7 years.
1
Pros:
I do like the ride of this mini-van, but if the tires are the slightest bit under inflated the van has an unsafe floating feeling when passing and cornering. I like the automatic trans. the way it shifts up and down traveling through mountainous areas. The van gets good gas M.P.G.(26 Hwy.) for a 6 cylinder. Interior is nice.
Cons:
The 3.0 liter, 6 cylinder motor is junk! I have changed the oil every 3 to 4,000 miles and this motor is falling apart on me at 135,000 miles. I am speculating that there may be a design flaw that allows the motor to run too hot, along with the fact that the motor is junk. The motor sounds like a bunch of bolts being shaken in a metal bucket. I have found metal filings in the trans. also and believe it has seen it's last days. The trans. seems to run too hot also.
Overall review:
Give me a motor and trans. that I can get 250,000 miles from and I "WOULD BE" a happy camper.
