"Best for the Buck" by Steven G on 12/26/2007. Trim: 2000 Isuzu Rodeo LS 4WD, Owned less than 1 year.

Pros: Great looking vehicle and rides just the way I want it to. Rough when it needs to be rough and smooth for long highway rides. By the way, it drives amazing in the snow. 4wd is Awesome! Lots of power and quite roomy and comfortable. It's Japanese, what more of a "pro" do you want?

Cons: Fuel efficiency isn't the best, but it's got a 3.2L 205 hp engine. It doesn't get much better at that range, especially one that's 8 years old. Few defects, for example Check Engine Light keeps turning on and off when it wants to. Rear windshield wiper doesn't work and the front one isn't up to speed either. The rear one doesn't bother me too much except when it's snowing. The two rear doors don't open easily from the inside. The interior door handles are rough.

Overall review: Great buy, even after I found out about the defects. Only one vehicle out there I'd trade this one for and that's an Xterra.

lots of trouble by wideglide from kings mountain on 04/06/2006. Trim: 2000 Isuzu Rodeo LS 2WD, Owned 1 year.

Pros: Like them in the past had a new one.

Cons: Cant check the transmission fluid with out getting under the car.

Overall review: Rides good good power.Problem with the door stay bar , pops loudly when opened both sides and very hard to find.Transmission fluid cant be ckecked without putting the car on a rack.

Decent Truck by Bill-Seattle98275 on 10/11/2004. Trim: 2000 Isuzu Rodeo LS 4WD, Owned 2 years.

Pros: Great styling, lots of room.

Cons: Fuel gage problems. a/c problems. Check engine light goes on all the time-due to the fuel gage mess up.

Overall review: Decent auto for the buck.

The worst vehicle I ever got by Floridian on 03/14/2004. Trim: 2000 Isuzu Rodeo LS 2WD, Owned 4 years.

Pros: fast, good pick up speed

Cons: Very bad gas mileage, worst than a V8

Would not buy another Isuzu by An MSN Autos Consumer on 01/02/2004. Trim: 2000 Isuzu Rodeo LS 2WD, Owned 3 years.

Pros: Powerful engine

Cons: At 62,000 miles, the crankshat broke causing $3,500 in damage to the engine. Also, many poor quality parts used for fit and finish materials. Cheap door knobs, and accessary items throughout vehicle

Overall review: Good Price, powerful engine, but not a very reliable vehicle
