Won't buy another GM product

Pros:
Runs strong and nice ride.
Cons:
Service 4WD light kept coming on. Bad selector switch in dash. This was a known problem as per technical service bullitins from GM.
As it was not a safety issue (lawsuits) they refused to do a recall and replace the defective switch.
Overall review:
I will never buy another chevy or any other GM product.

Pros:
I have made two towing trips across the country 2k miles each way. This truck has been the most trouble free vehicle I have owned. It is roomy; comfortable. Paint looks sharp after 12 years. The motor purrs. I have 136k miles and I can easily see a 100k more. If I needed to go across country I would hop in and go. I only have to change the oil.
Cons:
Need new clutch in AC.
Had to change out Power Steering Pump twice.
There were hard starts; if that happens to you spray some carb cleaner in throttle body and wipe residue. Good as new!

Pros:
Whats not to like about it . It has the power to get up and go with the fuel saving not found in most trucks. plenty of room and comfort.
had two different fords a f250 and f350 both had major problems leading to the engine catching fire , when check with ford they knew of the problem but did not do a recall.. will never own anything but a chevy. i get over 300 miles per tank and that is mianly city driving.

there is no cons that i can find

Solid Truck

Pros:
Good solid truck. No major issues, just keeps running. 120K still on original brakes. Holds up in the Colorado snow, 4WD has got me home many a time when most cars are getting stuck.
Cons:
Back bench seat, not the most comfortable for long trips. CD player quits on hot days. Have had and electrical issue for as long as I have owned this truck, dealer can never repeat the problem.
Gas mileage between 15 to 17, but it is a truck.
Overall review:
It has just been a good solid truck.
