Best 15 Passenger Vehicle by Mike from Maine on 02/19/2007. Trim: 1996 Dodge Ram Wagon 3500, Owned more than 10 years.

Pros: Currently have nearly 275,000 miles on this vehicle. I consistently get 15 MPG. It is very roomy and comfortable for all passengers. There are several small storage areas which are very convenient when traveling. It drives excellent in snow! It has excellent power and acceleration. Both the heater and A/C are excellent. Only after recently buying another new 15 passenger 1 ton van from a competitor did I appreciate this dodge.
Cons: The paint started to fail in the roof area and doors after six years. The rear passenger door and side door have rusted. I have had to replace fuel pump 3 times during its life.
Overall review: Great vehicle for transporting people and things in comfort. Enjoyable to Drive.

a work horse gone domesticated but still ready to work hard by benny from Flrida on 03/03/2003. Trim: 1996 Dodge Ram Wagon 1500, Owned 6 years.
Useful?
Pros: fist and foremost size. the interior can be modified to carry a family of eight very comfortablly. then if there's a tool box or sofa that needs carting the same van can accomodate. the airconditioning can make the interior comfortable with-in a few minutes even in the middle of summer in Florida.
Cons: after the "newness" wear off the quality of the ride leaves alot to be desired. i guess it's an inherent fault of the "van" that the driver sits high and over the front wheels. any pot holes that are inevitable in todays roads are magnified by the fact that the driver sits high above the hole and thus the movements are magnified.
Overall review: the van in-itself is a very good and reliable form of tranportation. its size warrents respect from other drivers though don't exspect to be king of the road. its cost of operation is in keeping with manufacturers norm. if you decide on one of these please don't forget to order or find reclinable chairs. i find that sitting up right takes its toll after two to three hours of driving.

Pros: A very versatile vehicle. Great for long trips and handy around town. Front captains chairs are very comfortable. Rear seats are comfortable and easy to remove. Interior is spacious. Performance and gas mileage are very good. This wagon runs well and looks great. My wife drives it and loves it.
