First Chrysler Product.

Pros:
Bought this to replace 4X4 3/4 ton Chevy extended cab pick up since in only need to tow a small utility trailer. I've come to love the seating position, pick up, ease of drive, and the near luxury of a Town and Country. I find myself taking the van any chance I get. Used vehicle is a good value for me, I'm sure the original purchaser had to bite the bullet when trading. Look around, you can find a good one for less than $4000. Mine had 80k miles and still many, many miles left. I would get in and drive to the West Coast without blinking an eye.
Cons:
I was hoping for mileage in the mid 20's, instead real life mileage is low 20's. I shouldn't complain, thats double of my old truck.
Overall review:
Good value in a used van. So surprised that I love it so.

Roomy, 3.8 has lots of pwr, comfortable for long trips.
Cons:
Front brakes wear fast but inexpensive to replace, back 3 spark plugs hard to reach, drain for battery can leak on wires and cause problems- i recomend a acid free batt installed next batt change. no major issues and I have 142,000 miles. replaced water pump.

Everybody Pile In . . .
by Howie from Lancaster PA on 03/04/2006.
Trim: 1999 Chrysler Town & Country Limited, Owned 1 year.

Pros:
Spacious cabin. Plenty of room for a family of 6. Styling is cleaner and more sporty than the newest version. Nice ride.
Cons:
Age and body flex result in a few squeaks and rattles. A new starter and battery had to be installed after 5 mos. of ownership (Purchased used in summer of '05).
Overall review:
Good-looking vehicle that can haul a bunch of people in comfort. Overall . . . so far, so good.
