What a disappointment by An MSN Autos Consumer on 08/11/2003. Trim: 1999 Chrysler Sebring LXi, Owned 4 years.
Pros: The car has a stylish look.
Cons: The side panels fall off. The doors leak tar-like substance. The front bumper is too low. The outside door handles break. The tires go flat and wear out frequently - and are very expensive. the windows leak.
Overall review: Never buy another one.

Stress Free Drive by Satisfied Sal on 08/30/2012. Trim: 1999 Chrysler Sebring, Owned more than 10 years.
Pros: I've driven my 1999 Sebring for 12 years and the only trouble I had was changing the battery. Since its located behind the back tire, it was annoying to change. The car has been spoiled and it has been trouble free. Love the look, love the feel of the top down.. very sturdy, classy looking car.
Cons: I like most everything, didn't like location of battery
Overall review: Would buy another in a heart beat if the style was still as gorgeous. Unfortunately, I'm not a big fan of the new style.

Stylish yet problematic by anna on 09/14/2011. Trim: 1999 Chrysler Sebring JXi, Owned 2 years.
Pros: It is a nice looking car but problematic
Cons: I dislike the repair shop. I am constantly in one. Mine has 104,000 miles and has virtually every part of the water system. Now I am paying to fix the motor. My car is currently in the shop.
Overall review: Overall, I would rate this car low in reliabilty but very stylish to look at. It is not a car would recomend for someone on a budget. Probably more for someone who likes to repair vechicles.

1991 Sebring 2.5L by Spokane, Washington on 01/04/2009. Trim: 1999 Chrysler Sebring LX, Owned 7 years.
Pros: I have the the 2.5 liter V6 and has good power with 30 mpg on the highway, 20 city. Good front seats. Good visibility forward. Good size trunk for size of car.
Cons: Very hard to maintanence, which drives up the cost of ownership. Side mirrors are very small and the trunk lid is high so be very careful in backing up. Back seats are narrow (two adults or two car seats).
Overall review: Over all a good card for two person family. Because it's a 2-door and narrow back seats, I would not recomend it as a family car.

The Great Looking Money Pit by Broke from Goshen, IN on 06/19/2003. Trim: 1999 Chrysler Sebring LXi, Owned 4 years.
Pros: Looks great.
Cons: Brakes have been replaced three time in four years. Tires blew at less than 30,000 miles. Turning radius seems very limited.
Overall review: I would not buy another Chrysler product.
