Best discribed as a good looking cheap convertible. by Rag-top lover on 10/11/2004. Trim: 1995 Chrysler Lebaron Convertible, Owned 7 years.
Pros: Good looking car, strong engine, some nice automitic electronic features.
Cons: This car has poor brakes and a week suspention, components that should have lasted the life of the car had to be replaced or modified. This car looks spory but doesn't handle as such.
Overall review: The cars brakes are under sized and perform poorly. I experanced the drivers door metal failure causing the hindges to fall through, the dealer and factory refused to help, so i had an auto body shop make repaires. Under the orriginal warrenty the rear axel was replaced, work was required on the transmission. Under an extended warrenty the rack and pinion steering assemby, water pump and struts required replacement. The power option switches are intermitten.

topless in utah by meltedkdoll in utah on 08/12/2007. Trim: 1995 Chrysler Lebaron Convertible, Owned less than 1 year.
Pros: This car looks great especially with the top down. I like that after many years of driving small 4-cylinder engine cars that the 6 cylinder in this one spoils me on mountain roads!
Cons: I disconnected the power top since the mounting brackets for the hydraulic lifts broke. Takes a bit of effort to put the top up but I have found it's faster than it was with the power assist. Had a problem with the driver's side door latch---need to replace it when I find one at the junk yard
Overall review: I like this car---it's fun! the best part is that it's small enough to be uncomfotable to take the kids for a long drive, so my wife and I leave them behind!

My second Chysler LeBaron convertible by Andrea from Massachusetts on 01/29/2004. Trim: 1995 Chrysler Lebaron Convertible, Owned 7 years.
Pros: Sweet looking car, comfy seats in front (who cares about the back) super pickup for a 6 cyl, reasonable on gas, drop top rocks. Low maitenence. My last Chrysler Le Baron Convert (1985) got 145K on its original engine and trans. It was a gem. So I bought another one. An easy car to do basic maitenance and tune-ups without relying on a shop. Body still in great condition with no extra TLC.
Cons: Trans went at 37K, I had Chrysler fix (rebuild) it for free even though it was out of warrantee. Computer sensor chip that told tranny to shift - replaced at 65K. Stock radio dead at about 90K. Sensor for fuel injector replaced at 93K. Recharged air conditioner for the first time at 93K. Paint peeling on side view mirrors and other plastic body parts, started around 2001. Paint showing some dapple on hood, but not peel. Heavy rain can cause leaks into the car around windows.
Overall review: I love this car. It has been real easy to deal with. If they were still in production, I'd buy another one - after the odometer hits 140K of course.Odometer almost at 94K. I change the oil a few times a year, I noticed the other day I had an oil leak. Not a big deal. I'll get to that.

A Teen's view for a first car and fun little ride by Rosebud from Topeka, KS. on 01/02/2004. Trim: 1995 Chrysler Lebaron Convertible, Owned 2 years.
Pros: I like the way it rides. Great in nice weather with the top down of course. Great heating for winter driving. Just about everything too.
Cons: (No data provided)
Overall review: It is a fun little car that does great with gas and gets pretty good mileage. Very fun in the summer months. Just keeping them pretty, painted, and updated is all you really have to do.
