The two door lumina by Red tank from philly on 09/22/2004. Trim: 1996 Chevrolet Monte Carlo LS, Owned less than 1 year.
1
Pros: The car does have a nice, sleak look to it, provided there is a spoiler on the back, handles nicely, and is good on gas
Cons: I dont know what chevy was thinking. i mean come on, all they did was take the lumina coupe from the old body style, and change the name to Monte Carlo. i am sorry but they ruined the name. and why they put the 3.1 six in it is beyond me. i mean supposedly they had sooo many problems with it before, why did they still use it? also, the windows, maybe they could make better switches for the power windows. i have owned my monte for only 6 monthes and had to replace the 92 dollar switch twice. RIP OFF! it has a very noisy, kinda rough ride to it. definitly one of the lower built cars.
Overall review: I would not tell someone to not buy the car, i mean it is a decent kids car. you know to pal around it, sure its excellent for it. the only reason i bought it was so i had a car. thats why i am selling mine right now, i just dont like it. i am a ford person, always will be
