Ultimate affordable exotic by An MSN Autos Consumer on 01/04/2004. Trim: 1998 Acura NSX-T, Owned 4 years.

Pros: Not the raw power of say a modified 300 zx twin Turbo but has lines that are compatible with todays super cars. Also if you want to drive something that not everybody has this is the car if you can afford it. Where can you get an exotic car oil change for $29.95? No Ferrari, Porsche, Lambo will touch you for that price.
Cons: Would likemore options to boost horsepower, very limited market
Overall review: If you can afford it buy it

Perfection does not age by DRake on 11/08/2003. Trim: 1998 Acura NSX-T, Owned 1 year.

Pros: I love this car. I have owned a corvette, Nissan 300zx twin turbo, 944, 911 widebody, 911 conv, 911, boxter, ferrari 328 and 355, m3 conv....nice, but this car still is the jewel of them all. Balance, beauty and grace. STYLE. Handmade. Perfect. The car gets more attention than any car I have driven.
Cons: You actually have to try explain it to people who do not undeerstand. Its like very high end audio systems where if you can't hear the difference, then it does not really matter. (the audio system in the NSX is NOT very good, but neither where the systems in the other cars)
Overall review: The best sports car I have ever driven.

A solid performer although not the fastest "Stock". by Bubsy, Palm Beach, Florida on 10/22/2003. Trim: 1998 Acura NSX-T, Owned 5 years.
Useful?
Pros: The styling blows away a Vette, sorry. Even 10 years plus this car looks tight. I'd like to see them offer a Twin turbo version since the price is pretty high, but you get get this car used for less than a price of a Vette and turbo it up, and no vette will have a chance unless it's also turbocharged. The big difference is handling. A Vette rides like a Chevy....the car doesn't feel all that solid, like a true sports car. The Acura feels about 50% better all around even on smaller tires. It's just a better built car, period.
Cons: The engine is just too small for shelling out $90k. Everything else rocks.
Overall review: Great car no matter what.

Overall review: folks, for a car that came online back in 91 this is DA BOMB. for all intent and purposes i rate this car a 10 except for recomendation, why because since then a few cars has come out(i.e z06) that gives a better value. But the fact remains that for a car that was developed in the late 80's this is the best car period!!! to compare the NSX with a car that just came out is unfair. but if u base the nsx on it's peers around the same time frame, this is still no doubt the best exotic car around. period :)

NSX -- Sure there are faster, cheaper cars... by Pioneer from CT on 08/03/2001. Trim: 1998 Acura NSX-T, Owned 1 year.
Useful?
Pros: * Great looks that turn heads * Very low production rate -- Only 7-8,000 in existence... * Great trunk space for a car of this type * Great road handling, turning and smoothness. * Great Honda quality -- finding an NSX over 100k with no problems is easy * Holds resale value exceptionally well
Cons: * Air conditioning/heat w/ top down could be better -- could use a vent behind you between seats * Stereo could use some tweeters at ear level, maybe behind you * Cup holder is in a really annoying spot and won't hold most larger cups
Overall review: I have read many peoples reviews saying the NSX is slow, or you could buy a Corvette for 30k less that would blow the NSX away -- so what? You can also buy a Camero for 10-15k less than a Corvette that keeps up... The reason you own an NSX is for it's high quality, exotic looks, usefullness, performance, and the fact that NOBODY ELSE HAS ONE. This is the most important feature... everyone in the world has a Corvette or Mustang. Corvettes, Mustangs, even Porsches never turn heads -- everyone has seen one. People stare at the NSX everytime you drive down a road. When you pull up the the light, people tell you "great car! What is it?" The NSX is an entire package -- it was customed designed from the ground up to perform well, look great, and be usable. I take my NSX wherever I go around town. I take it on trips... I use it like an every day car. The trunk has excellent, usable space. Ever notice that the 2001 Corvette looks just like an NSX? Hm, I wonder why?
