Cavalier's Best Model
by An MSN Autos Consumer on 02/04/2012.
Trim: 1989 Chevrolet Cavalier RS sedan, Owned 2 years.
1
Pros:
Quick, Efficient, Spacious for its size, solid j body, nice ride, reliable, most stylish of the cavalier line
Cons:
burns oil at 120,000+ but thats expected, trunk is short but cars in the 80s were built to be small for more parking,
Overall review:
The styling was my favorite, the grille was a grille, not a piece of ugly plastic (1991 + cavaliers) the head lamps and turn signals were seperate, (again, 1991 + cavaliers)

Overall review:

Bad Blue Z24
by Quick on 03/19/2010.
Trim: 1989 Chevrolet Cavalier Z24 coupe, Owned more than 10 years.
1
Pros:
I like the quickness in this car and the humming as it went down the street. The people that did drive my car found it to be faster than expected.
Cons:
The most problems I had with this car was the fuel injectors. I changed them three times in 20 years. The first time I paid dearly. The other two times I found out it was easy to do.
Overall review:
The car did its job. I handed it down to my son, which unfortunately the heads were blown. If I had the patients I would repair the motor. The car was easily maintainable and didn't require alot of money to be dumped into. It was a good car.
