The best car I have ever owned!
by Happy as a pig in a mud puddle in Orlando, FL on 01/26/2004.
Trim: 1998 Acura 3.0CL, Owned 7 years.

Pros:
I bought this car brand new and now have 231,687 miles on it and it drives and handles as well as it did the day I bought it. This is my third Acura and it is by far the best. Other than normal wear and tare, my maitainence have been minimal. Not only is the engine in prime condition, so are the interior and exterior. It was just in the shop for some body work and I rented a brand new Olds Alero which was just fine; however, when I got my car back, I realized how much greater was the quality and workmanship on my 6 year old car. Can't imagine giving it up!
Cons:
About the only things I can think or are the fact that every 100,000 miles you need to replace the timing belt which is expensive. Now they are made of metal and no longer need to be changed. You can get them serviced at any location like Firestone or Jiffy Lube but they never have the air-filter replacements so you have to go to an Acura dealer, buy one and replace it yourself which is no problem whatsoever. And that's it!
Overall review:
In short, the " pros", which are signigicant, far out number the "cons", which are minimal as well as trivial. I started buying cars in 1965 and I have to say that the Acuras have been the best and the CL is a 10 all the way. The longest I have ever kept a car was 3 years and/or 76,000 miles and this one has over 231,000 and it's still ticking!!!

Pros:
The stereo is great. The car drives like a dream and the interior is very comfortable.
Cons:
2-door and is kind of small on the interior
Overall review:
This car is great to me. The only downfall is that if you need to travel with more than 2 people there isn't a great deal of space for people and luggage too.

This is the first car my wife has fallen in love with. She has viewed cars as expenive transportation. This is about the 12th car she has owned and I am not allowed to drive it.
