Good road car by Rick from Seattle on 12/24/2008. Trim: 1999 Oldsmobile Cutlass GLS, Owned 9 years.
1
Pros: I have 93,000 miles and have had small normal usage repairs. It still gets 32 mpg hiway. Nice road car. Lots of trunk space.
Cons: They put a plastic head gasket in it as original equipment. That went out in the first 2000 miles. I had it replaced with an aftermarket gasket that would last. 91,000 miles so far.
Overall review: I've taken very good care of this car and it has always been very reliable.

Solid Car by K from Florida on 01/01/2004. Trim: 1999 Oldsmobile Cutlass GLS, Owned 5 years.
1
Pros: Smooth ride, comfortable seating in both front and back. Great handling and pickup. Trunk space is excellent for those that need to carry lots of cargo.
Cons: Some parts of interior made of cheap plastic, e.g. plastic surrounding power buttons on driver door is coming unglued. Had to replace the gasket to the intake manifold a few months ago with 70k miles and the water pump around 60. No brake problems at all.
Overall review: Great car and would definetly recommend to others. I've experienced no brake problems as others have stated in their reviews. I receive many compliments on look and comfort of the interior. Few mechanical problems but have been costly when they do occur.

so far so good by satisfied on the gravel in SD on 07/25/2003. Trim: 1999 Oldsmobile Cutlass GLS, Owned 1 year.
1
Pros: Only 43k so far but no problems yet. Adequate power and comfort and reliability for a car this size. My last car was a Camry and this car measures up so far.
Cons: Almost impossible for the backyard do-it-yourselfer to change your own oil because the filter is so hard to get to. The camry was much better here.
Overall review: Satisfied so far.
