Pros: Room

Cons: Ride, drive, pickup, looks, horrible engine trouble, poor paint, unreliable.

the Quest for the Best by car reporter on 05/17/2004. Trim: 1999 Nissan Quest GLE, Owned 1 year.

Pros: I really like it, and it was rated best minivan for 1999. It has a smooth engine and good sound system, almost like a bose, but.....

Cons: It could use some more power, even though in 1999 it was one of the best engines. The Fit & Finish could be better.

Overall review: I really recommend this van and any car that is a Nissan, dont get me wrong, Im not a Nissan freak, but I recognize it is a good manufacture. Good Mini-Van.

The Ultimate Minivan (for 1999) by Miguel Cobian from Salem Nissan on 12/13/2003. Trim: 1999 Nissan Quest GLE, Owned less than 1 year.

Pros: It has a wonderfuly smooth 3.3 V6 engine, its confortable and its best Minivan for 1999

Cons: its not as modern from the outside like other minivans at its time

Overall review: I love the 99 Nissan Quest. It has a wonderful engine, smooth acceleration great sound system (GLE) and and it is the best 1999 minivan you can buy. I cant wait till I buy the new 2004 Quest.

Best mini-van by Al on 08/26/2002. Trim: 1999 Nissan Quest GLE, Owned 3 years.

Pros: The vehicle has 150 k and has been a great resource. The options are very good and we have had next to no trouble with any item. Our use has been in state for short to moderate and out of state long trips (> 2k miles one way) with comfort at all levels. Owned two Maximas and like this better.

Cons: Few dislikes - towing electrical is too exposed; wish we could have had 4 wheel option; also miss the Bose speakers

Overall review: Just the greatest - tried several other mini-/ full size vans - the best feature I found while shoppong - a used Quest with average miles was selling for 35% more than any other comperable brand.
