A Comfortable SUV

Pros:
An excellent road vehicle; predictable performance; very comfortable seats; Bose radio with CD changer is outstanding; few problems; good Cadillac service; good styling; rear seat control of audio and heating and cooling well done.
Cons:
Poor gas mileage; fold down tailgate presents a difficult reach to load cargo area; dashboard displays and controls not equivalent to other Cadillac vehicles.
Overall review:
A very reliable and comfortable vehicle for those who drive over varying roads and in changable weather conditions; does a very creditable job on the Interstate for long trips and equally creditable in snow and mud.

Pros:
I love this vehicle. Tires and brake shoes in nine years, I bought this new in 1999.
Does anyone know if the length of this 1999 is the same as the new Escalades?
The interior is like the day I purchased it. Take care of this Escalade and it run for every. I have 145,000 on mine. How does this compare with the new ones?
Cons:
Brakes shoes because it's top heavy.

I think this may be the best Escalade built.

Pros:
I have over 200,000 miles on mine. Replaced fuel pump and water pump, everything else orginal. Best truck I've ever owned.
Cons:
Leather is questionable but I'm saying this because I have over 200,000 miles on it and figure Cadillac didn't think most owners would keep that long. Which is to bad, should have been a consideration when building something so good. I'm going for over 500,000...will update then
Overall review:
As with any vehicle, take care of it like your going to keep it forever, the payback is worth it. I added dual exhaust and K&N intake...18-20MPG
