Pros:
I've had car 10 years, now 235,000 miles, very dependable and few problems if you change oil, proper tire inflation, change brakes at proper time.
Cons:
drivers seatbelt does not retract properly. I've had same problem with 3 other camry's. I wish front and back seats were higher because you sink so low and difficult to get out especially as you age.
Overall review:
I would give my avalon xls 9.5

Pros:
Great Car.. More Lexus than Toyota.. Can't beat the deal.. The best luxury sedan at an affordable price.
Cons:
The place for the cups in the front is bad.. Could have designed it better.
Overall review:
I have owned this for less than an year.. Bought it with 20,000 miles on it.. Great Vechile, comfortable and smooth. This is my 2nd Toyota. Will only get a Toyota again.

Pros:
Very comfortable great gas mileage. Only use the extra power button for hwy driving. People who ride in the back enjoy the ride many say it is cozy like you are sitting on a couch. Big trunk can't go wrong. Has given me no problems that I did not cause (poor maintenance practices) but the quality built into it forgives me alot.
Cons:
Should have gotten the moonroof and cd player option.
Overall review:
Great personal and family car. Even acts a little sporty when using the extra power button. If you even thought about getting one just go ahead and buy it. It's a keeper, I'm 6' 3" and I am comfortable everywhere.

The best mid-size car around

Pros:
This car is amazing, it's confortable, huge interior, has a great ride and what amazes me the most is the acceleration and power this car has! I drove a Ford Mustang and it didn't pick-up speed as fast as my Avalon!
Cons:
There's one little problem and it's vibration at speeds exceding the 65mph. I think that it is a problem with the shock struds and that its not a common problem in this car.
Overall review:
I highly recommend this car over any other if you are looking for a powerfull, confortable, problem free, stylish mid-size car, don't look further.

Unreliable

Pros:
It's got excellent interior size
Cons:
Very Problematic. Power Steering column replaced at 55k, CV Joints at 60k, HVAC at 62K, Power windows at 42k. the bad news is that others have posted about these same problems at similar mileage and Toyota does not back their product.
Overall review:
Look elsewhere. This is as bad as anything ever made in the USA.
