It will not quit
by Mikey on 10/31/2012.
Trim: 1996 Toyota T100 SR5 Xtracab 4WD, Owned more than 10 years.

Pros:
Looks good, takes abuse and keeps on trucking.
Cons:
Cup holder blocks the AC vents when in use, it may not seem like much but on a 110 degree day in Phoenix you need all the air you can get. Back seats really only for kids and rather small adults.
Overall review:
My T-100 has gone through 16yrs of sitting outdoors in the Phoenix heat, off road abuse, on road abuse, and worst of all two kids learning how to drive. It has started every single morning with the exception of one dead battery on a -7 degree day. This truck can take you just about anywhere and will get you back home. It does very well off-road selective 4x4 is nice and the V6 has enough power to pull itself and anything you can fit on it up a hill. Not to mention it looks good and is very comfortable. So if you need a truck to go off-road, around town, or on a long trip you've found it in the T-100.

The Reliable Truck
by Michael castaldi on 04/15/2010.

Pros:
Is a reliable truck. It looks great and it can haul a heavy load. It has 158,000 miles and doesn't use a drop of oil between changes. It runs great. Has good power for a V-6.
Cons:
The cup holder is in the way of the air conditioner vents and controls. Have had a few problems with the four wheel drive.
Overall review:
Is a very reliable truck and you can really work it hard. It is a tough truck. I suggest buying one.

T100 of coarse!
by Kuna pug on 04/28/2009.

Pros:
I have over 250k on this truck now and still uses no oil between changes. Changed a dome light. Will have the cruise control looked at, doesn't maintian a steady speed and will have the horn button replaced. Came down on the horn pretty hard in a near accident.
Cons:
Seat belts don't retract quick enough. Cup holder is in the way when in use.
Overall review:
Still is a reliable truck. I would take it on any trip right now and know it would get me there and back. I finally had shocks and brakes replaced at 200k miles and I do a lot of mountain driving.
These are definetly Toyota Tough.
