Ultimate GT
by Sherm from Sacramento on 01/09/2001.
Trim: 1996 Toyota Supra Turbo, Owned less than 1 year.

Pros:
Superb GT performance, quiet, smooth acceleration and superb brakes offset poor gas mileage. The faster this car is driven, the better roadholding it has. I wouldn't go cheap on tires, this car can really perform beyond the abilities of most tires.
Cons:
Gas mileage is never high, less than 20 mpg under any driving conditions. Tire wear is also poor, but the tires needed for this car should be Z rated and directional.
Overall review:
Quiet, low engine and chassis noise. Toyota reliability, the best. Reasonable maintenance compared to European and American cars. Excellent acceleration, handling, and braking. Perhaps the best daily driver ever built by anybody.
