911 RS America -- the sports car at its finest

Pros:
Incredible sports car -- nothing like it. The braking and handling are unmatched. German engineering at its finest. My car has been extremely reliable in >30k miles. This is a fantastic car for its purpose, a daily driver sports car without the softness of the Japanese boy racers.
Cons:
250hp is not what it was in 1993. Other than that, does everything it's supposed to exceptionally well. Ride is firm, and it lacks conveniences like cruise control, but that's the design -- pure sports car.
Overall review:
Anyone (Toyota) can slap a turbo or two on a car (300ZX) and get a decent performer (RX-7), but the 911 was around long before these cars and will be around long after they are gone. A joy to drive and executed to perfection. After 5 1/2 years of ownership, I can't think of a single thing I would change. Ok, the base radio stinks -- throw it in the trash. That's it.

Pros:
Acceleration and suspention is out of this world. A great car to drive, and cruise around in.
Cons:
The transmission can be very rough sometimes, also when downshifing hard you get a squeling sound from one of the belts.
Overall review:
Excellent car to drive and would recommend to any porsche dreamer

One of the best cars of the early 90s as far as Porsches go. The noise it makes when zipping down the road is music to my ears.
