Pros:
I've owned my 96 for five years and it's awesome. Quicker and more powerful than any other car in its price range. With the right tires any curve can be taken at 80 mph. A well tuned engine can easily do 140 mph in 5th gear before red lining, leaving the 6th gear for your imagination. Nearly 200 ilbs lighter than Trans AM!!!
Cons:
The fuel pump is weak, noisy, and hard to replace. The Opti-spark is a pain to replace. I hate GM fuel filters, bad location and messy changeout.
Overall review:
If you have the time to do a few repairs, and love speed then this car is for you. Right now they are cheap. For the price of a new sports car, a Formula could be completly outfited with new suspension, and upgraded engine. Best bang for the buck.

Pros:
I love the way my Firebird looks while she purrs through the streets, and I love the power that she has, while still maintaining great fuel economy. The interior is comfortable and easy to navigate, and the exterior style is sleek, but still very curvacious. I love that in a car.
Cons:
I find the ride can be rough some of the time, sometimes even jarring, but other than that I haven't had any real problems.
Overall review:
This car has always been powerful and sexy, and I think it lives up to the sportscar standard, though not luxury, definately worth it!
