Pros: fast reliable car great on gas has a sweet look to it !

Cons: makes a slight knockin noise from the engine and sounds like a honeybee humming

Overall review: i have the windows tinted turbo installed in it and it has fast and furoius decal great car for a teenager who wants to ride in style

Nice little car by Toledo, OH on 11/10/2001. Trim: 1997 Plymouth Neon Sedan, Owned 2 years.

Pros: Owned for 2 1/2 years. No real problems. Very Roomy up front. None others even compare. Good on gas. I get 31-32mpg.

Cons: Lots of air noise around side windows. Engine leaks oil all over.

Overall review: An ok small car. I understand that the air noise is taken care of in the 2000 model year with a new door/window design.

Neon's Are Lemons! by Terri from Long Beach, CA on 05/17/2001. Trim: 1997 Plymouth Neon Coupe, Owned 3 years.

Pros: It was cheap.

Cons: Horrid! First of all, this car has a defect with its head gaskets. They leak. Almost every last one of them. Every mechanic in America knows this, but Chrysler still hasn't done a recall. Second of all, it isn't made to last the interior and exterior don't hold up well at all. The paint chips and peels and the door panels aren't sturdy.

Overall review: DON'T buy this car.
