My Mirage

Pros:
Beautiful starter car, very good on fuel economy (avg 30m/g), and stylish. Owned the car for over 100K with little maintenance (oil and brakes). Easy to work on and do modifications, every thing in the engine compartment is easy and within reach.
Cons:
Acceleration was not that bad (1.8lt engine) although the A/C can rob you big time. Not much legroom in the back seat, but it had very spacious trunk. Another thing was the CD player after a few years it decided not to play some CD’s.
Overall review:
Best car for the money and great for starter

The best economy car out there

Pros:
This car gets excellent gas mileage. The 1.5 liter engine could use some more power but it's worth the gas mileage. I also own a '97 Rav4 and I thought it got good gas mileage until I bought my Mirage. Now I'm very disappointed with my Rav4. The cold-air intake and after-market muffler help out with acceleration a little and the fuel economy stays the same plus it helps it look and sound less econo car and more sporty. The factory spoiler looks awesome too.
Cons:
The acceleration could be better but like I said It gets great gas mileage. The shifter needs work. Maybe Mitsubishi should have taken some advice from Honda.
Overall review:
This car is excellent all around with little to complain about. If you can get a good deal on one I would pick this over a Civic any day!

I enjoy driving this vehicle, but would prefer it to have more space. Overall, I am satisfied with it's performance and would buy again.

Fun little car

Pros:
Great styling, comforatble seats ,fun little fast car to drive in, well-equiped.
Cons:
The spoiler and plastic area around the license plates have begun to fade only after 3 years
Overall review:
Awesome car, paint has mantained its shine in all areas other than the two spots mentioned above.
Too bad 2002 is its last year, hopefully Mitsubishi will start bring over some of the Lancer Evo's soon.
