FOR INFORMATION ON REPAIR COSTS ONLY-
Fall 2001,three years + the floor button on the heater air conditioning console FAILED. Per dealer the only fix was a
complete replacement of the console. Automatic Temperature
Control unit replaced at a cost of $659.00 (labor & parts)+ tax
and - 10% sr discount.

Pros:
the confort , the trunk the vehicle is just great on the highway at 50 or 80 it is very good ,gas millage is good I have a truck & the v8 beats the ranger's gas milage the mercury is excellent. this is my 4th one
Cons:
It is a little weavy on the highway

car is comfortable, quiet smooth ride
Cons:
When i purchased the car there was one part that caused me MAJOR issues, it was a part on the top for water flow, this part cracked which caused a leak and overheating, but was also leaking water in the engine. I had to have the motor rebuilt, which means that my engine will outlast everything else....I'M OK WITH THAT
Overall review:
Goiod travel car, trunk large enough to hold my 2 12" speakers and still have room for a hydrolic jack and cleaning supplies

Size, Power, Comfort, Handling, Ride, Cargo Capacity, Looks
Cons:
It is a very thirsty V8, but I can live with it.
Overall review:
This is my 5th used Marquis and as always, I am thrilled with it. As with any used car, there are going to be things that need tending to, but it has been extremely well maintained. A 15 year old car with only 82,000 KM (50,000 Miles) on it is a rare find indeed.
