lincoln seems to have no quality control the public is fed up with incompitance thats why toyoa is becoming #1 better gas milage better dizigned cars

Pros:
Dependability, comfort, driveability. Had several Lincoln Mrk ViIIs, but this was the best Continental I ever owned. Had it for 10 years, and traded it in for the 2002. Surpirsiningly good mileage with the right maintenance, fuel injection, wheel alignment, etc.
Cons:
Tie rods had to be replaced and had issues with the airconditioning.
Overall review:
Great car. Too bad Lincoln stopped making Continentals, especially the 2002.

Pros:
great power, good mpg when driven right, super comfortable seats all the way around. i love the car
Cons:
Front wheel drive. ford left no room to engine bay to work on it. radio was hard to upgrade to an after market one.

overall i love this car, mine has 130k and still runs great

Wish They Had Spent More Effort On Trim!!

Pros:
Drives great. I love the styling. Beautiful car for its age. Has plenty of power..nice car.
Cons:
Trim pieces falling off. Drivers door ajar warning light on every time I drive it. Inside door locks work some times but fail to work other times.
Overall review:
I do love the car. It looks beautiful for the age of the car. They built a nice car, wish they had done a better job with the trim. Door trim pieces fall off and need to be re-attached. Overall I'm happy with the car all the electronics work well, the sound system is quite adequate, the power is very satisfactory, fuel mileage is decent for a V-8 with the power to get anywhere you want in comfort.
