Pros:
Best car i ever owned,..it has 782,000 km on it, about 500,000 miles, its on its second transmission the engine is built proof, besides regular maintenance, tune up, brakes, and regular fluid changes as recommended, it has never ever let me down. its a Canadian car, hot summers, and real cold winters it just keeps running smooth like day 1,..have the newer Lincoln town car 2008, it not half the car the 97 is,..would recommend it to anyone,..and am in the market for another 97 Cartier with low miles.

absolutely nothing,...love it !

keep up regular maintenance,..it will do a million miles.

I purchased my 1997 Town Car in 2007 with 62,000 miles for $4,500. This vehicle is amazing. I get 22 mpg in town and 24 mpg on the highway. Not at all hateful for the size and comfort. It is like sitting on your living room sofa. Maintenance and repairs are as inexpensive as any other domestic - also amazing for a luxury automobile. I now have 89,000 miles on it and still do just maintenance although I did just replace the brake pads and had the rotors turned - all four wheels - about $350 at a Ford/Lincoln/Mercury dealer. Not bad considering luxury imports will require about four times that.

Cons:
Gas milage but its better if your in an accident to be in bigger car.

Advantages of driving a boat.

Comfort, trunk space, driving ease, accessories.
Cons:
Wind noise, road noise with OEM tires, heated seat malfunction.
Overall review:
Except for above quality problems, this car was what we wanted.
