The Ultimate SUV made in America! by An MSN Autos Consumer on 07/28/2014. Trim: 2015 GMC Yukon Denali 4WD.
Useful?
Pros: I've owned a 2004 GMC Yukon Denali and this new 2015 drives nicer and has a different feal on the road. Had over 180K miles when I moved on to a new 2007 Chevy Tahoe Z71 and kept that until it hade over 205K miles. I'm about to purchase a new 2015 or 16 GMC Yukon Denali with all the toys (loaded) as it seems they've improved all aspects of the full size SUV. I decided to but a BMW 750Li between SUVs and it's OK but I miss my full size SUV. Overall, I'd recommend to anyone that this new 2015 SUV is the best on the market even when compared to all other full size SUVs as I have and nothing comes close!
Cons: No rear AC seperate unit as in previous older models, at least that is what I was told by a sales person at Tustin GMC in Orange County, CA.. Controls for rear seat is present but it operates front unit and does not work off it's own AC unit for the rear area as older models has in 2004 & 2007 from my experience.
Overall review: Go buy one, but be patient as finding what you want may take time and ordering one takes 8-12 weeks from what I was told.

Not what I expected by An MSN Autos Consumer on 06/28/2014. Trim: 2015 GMC Yukon Denali XL 4WD, Owned less than 1 year.
Useful?
Pros: The interior is a huge improvement from previous model. The vehicle is very quite on the highway. Easy access to 3rd row seats. Dash lay out excellent. Easy to use accessories.
Cons: Exterior styling is boxy. Very long looking hood for SUV. Engine is smooth but transmission shifts are to often. The hood vibrates at hwy. speed. Very distracting if sun reflecting. The rear liftgate was binding up and hitting roof. Dealer had to allign and remove shims?? Truck needs more low end torque with less shifting to realize power. My truck is 4WD with 3.42 gear. Gas mileage averaging around 16.5 mpg. Mainly city driving.
Overall review: Dissapointed overall with drive train. This vehicle replaced Range Rover Sport. Range Rover handled better and acceleration much better. The Yukon feels very "Top" heavy when driving on side roads.
