Great Car by driver from upstate NY on 12/17/2013. Trim: 2014 Lexus ES 350 350, Owned less than 1 year.
Pros: Great vehicle. Second ES350 with absolutely no problems or issues. Added snow tires to this one and it makes a significant difference in the northeast.
Cons: Very little. Lexus does have some work to do on the voice recognition software as it doesn't work nearly as well as the wife's Jeep.
Overall review: If you are looking for quiet comfortable ride with good gas mileage this is it. Doesn't handle like a high end sports car but never was intended to.

Outstanding Vehicle by John, Alexandria, VA on 05/06/2014. Trim: 2014 Lexus ES 350 350, Owned less than 1 year.
Pros: The car is very quiet, and the fit and finish is outstanding. It also feels as if the turning radius has improved since the most recent ES300 i used to own. The quality of service from the Lexus dealer is great, as well.
Cons: Cant think of any, other than the style is a little conservative. I previiously owned an IS 250 that got a little better mileage.
Overall review: To me, this is the best car for my tastes and needs. I am very impressed at the refinements of the vehicle.

Poor Climate Control! by Clyde on 03/11/2014. Trim: 2014 Lexus ES 350 350, Owned 1 year.
Pros: Most things. Appearance, performance, quality of vehicle, sales and service people are excellent.
Cons: CLIMATE CONTROL! No heat gets to the floor. The service department said it is operating as designed, which is poor. The tech said many people come to the service dept. to have this corrected, and the sales person showed me how to get heat by turning up the temp, and closing the dash, and rear heat outlets, which didn't help. Customer service said their vehicles have to function in Alaska and everywhere else, and I was also told some complain about heated seats being too hot, or too cold. I have no idea what all that has to do with no heat getting to the floor. The service manager agreed, and he got a brand new ES, we started it, got it to operating temp, and it was no different than mine.
Overall review: I love the vehicle, but something as basic as heat to the floor in -0F is enough for me to stay away from ES, and Lexus in general. I am surprised and disappointed that a manufacturer like Lexus, a name that commands respect, would market an automobile with a heating system so badly flawed. My last car was much less auto, but climate control was flawless. If you are considering an ES, check it in very cold weather, and then make your call.

good work car by Doctor from Chicago on 08/06/2014. Trim: 2014 Lexus ES 350 350, Owned less than 1 year.
Pros: It's very comfortable and a very good car to drive to work every day
Cons: I used to own a 2007 lexus es 350. That car has a touch screen navigation. With the new Es, it has a touch pad... I don't like it. It's complicated, and very hard to navigate
Overall review: good car to drive to work

Lame Duck by Joe from Utica on 03/26/2014. Trim: 2014 Lexus ES 350 350.
Pros: Quiet ride, seat comfort
Cons: Plain bland exterior styling that does not stand out. Engine is getting long in the tooth.
Overall review: The exterior redesign did nothing for this car's styling. It remains what it has always been, a plusher more expensive Camry. They even still share the same power train.
