GREAT VAN WITH MANY CONVENIENCES FOR THE COST. by TODD, CARO MI on 12/27/2013. Trim: 2014 Chrysler Town & Country Touring, Owned less than 1 year.
Pros: I LIKE THE ENGINE PERFORMANCE, COMFORT, INTERIOR CABIN IS QUIET FROM WIND NOISE. LOTS OF ROOM. LOVE THE STOW AND GO SEATS.
Cons: SOMEWHERE ON THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE I HAVE A SMALL RATTLE AND THE HEATER FAN IS NOISY ON HIGH. IT ALSO COULD BE BETTER ON GAS. MY OLD 2006 DODGE VAN AVERAGED 23-24 MPG AND THIS NEW 14 TOWN & COUNTRY IS GETTING ABOUT 20. BUT IT IS NEW AND IT IS WINTER TIME WITH SOME TEMPS IN THE SINGLE DIGIITS.
Overall review: I REALLY ENJOY SOME OF THE STANDARD FEATURES THIS NEW VAN HAS THAT OUR OLD VAN DID NOT. THE DUAL GLOVE BOXES AND THE HUGE CENTER CONSOLE IS VERY NICE. AND OF COURSE I FEEL THE CHRYSLER IS A GREAT LOOKING VAN. SOME VANS ARE SO UGLY IT IS SAD.

Perfect alternative to a full size SUV by JCinAZ on 06/06/2014. Trim: 2014 Chrysler Town & Country Touring-L, Owned 1 year.
Pros: It literally has all of the same luxury appointments of most luxury SUV's, including space, and it costs 10's of thousands less than all of them. The near 300 hp V6 provides a lot of punch, but without the MPG killing impacts of a V8. After owning an expensive full size SUV previously, and switching to this vehicle to accommodate our family of 5...I will never go back to spending thousands more annually on an SUV. This is my "go-to" vehicle until my kids are of driving age.
Cons: Some of the ergonomics for the controls on the dash could be better.
Overall review: If you need room for a growing family, the utility of cargo space with folding seats, and want luxury and performance for 10, 20, 30 thousand dollars less than a full size SUV...this vehicle is your answer.

Good Mini Van by John44070 on 05/30/2014. Trim: 2014 Chrysler Town & Country Touring, Owned less than 1 year.
Pros: Good Mileage, good acceleration, good handling. Power doors and trunk lid are huge improvement over previous 2006 Gr Caravan. Bought because of stow and go seating.
Cons: Key is too large and difficult to find keyhole in dim light. Lower door frame cuts into back side of calf entering and getting out of vehicle. Center storage compartment makes it difficult to latch seat belts. Center console does not allow easy storage of purse. No lights in glove compartments. Cruise control sloppy control on hilly roads, 3 mph error.
Overall review: Decent van, some shortcomings.
