Great family vehicle by SRT8 Dad on 02/16/2014. Trim: 2014 Chevrolet Traverse LTZ FWD, Owned less than 1 year.
Pros: LTZ model has all the options. Has a lot of room and drives very smooth. Feels smaller than Tahoe but has more interior room.
Cons: Wish there were engine choices. The motor has plenty of power for everyday use.
Overall review: We just purchased a 2014 LTZ. This is our second Traverse and it is a great vehicle. Went to purchase a Tahoe expecting the interior room would exceed our Traverse but was wrong. Third row in the Traverse has more leg room not to mention the cargo room with the third row up in the Tahoe is ZERO. Really like the fact that the second row can be moved back and forth to accommodate the third row. Ride and materials are better quality than our 09 LT and vehicle looks better. Enjoyed the fact that we spent 10k less for all the options including DVD rather than getting a Tahoe. We had very few problems with our 09 and put over 80K on it. We traded up to captain chairs to give better access to 3rd row to better accommodate our families needs. MPG hovers around 19-20 in the city and 23-24 for road trips. We would recommend this to families that do not want to buy a large SUV (Suberban, Expedition ect.) that will give you the room you need at a smaller price.

I have recommended a Traverse to other buyers. by An MSN Autos Consumer on 01/13/2014. Trim: 2014 Chevrolet Traverse LS AWD, Owned 1 year.
Pros: I like the way it drives and the backup camera. We drive roads of ice, snow and mud-it handles very well.
Cons: We also owned a 2011 and I do feel the 2013 is a little narrower in the seating room. But is still comfortable.
Overall review: Our next vehicle will also be a Traverse.
