Acura hits the bullseye by Beatleknight on 04/21/2013. Trim: 2014 Acura RLX.

Pros: Awesome styling, great interior layout, lots of high tech goodies.
Cons: Can't think of any.
Overall review: Beautiful car. Styling and performance is on par or better than similarly priced vehicles from Cadillac, Lexus, Mercedes Benz, etc. Plus you get that Honda/Acura reliability.

Acura Re-Imagined by Trevis on 04/12/2013. Trim: 2014 Acura RLX 6-Spd AT.

Pros: I happen to really like the character lines cascaded upon the sheet metal of this particular vehicle. While this vehicle isn't the most daring, it happens to be rather handsome. This vehicle will definitely age gracefully throughout time. The acceleration is definitely notable considering that this car creates a majority of it's power output in the lower rpms. The engine is definitely superb, and posesses a rather smooth transmission gear box. This vehicle is a well manared, and an all around beautiful vehicle that I expect to be reliable over the many years of ownership.
Cons: While the car isn't as powerful as some of its competitors, Acura plans to unveil a "Super Hybrid Super Handling All Wheel Drive" model later in 2013. This vehicle is supposed to be a performance sedan. The only issue with this is that I wish they would have reveiled both cars at the same time. Aside from that I believe "Luxury" is about options, and making your car unique even among other owners. What the RLX lacks is ample options, and accessories that can be added. Instead Acura focuses on packaging, which I believe should be a method reserved for Honda only.
Overall review: I believe that Acura produced a beautiful, and excellent performance sedan. This vehicle will definitely out sell its predecessor. In short, It is my opinion that Acura is afraid to compete with the likes of Mercedes, BMW, Audi, and Lexus. For this very reason Acura will remain to be a manufacturer only considered when value is considered. I believe luxury shouldn't be about value, and instead should focus on presige and exclusivity. Overall this vehicle managed to intrigue me for the moment. I am anxious for the "Hybrid" model to be released at the end of this year.

RLX Test Drive from a TL owner by An MSN Autos Consumer on 04/18/2013. Trim: 2014 Acura RLX 6-Spd AT w/Advance Package.

Pros: Lots of hi-tecn stuff but still simple enough to understand. It handles extremely well with the steering setup.
Cons: A bit under powered with the V6 but not slow. The dual screens take a bit getting used to in figuring out what you want to adjust/change.
Overall review: Very nice vehicle but for the $60k price, thought there could have been more.

Acura again misses the boat on power by Tondelesky on 04/06/2013. Trim: 2014 Acura RLX 6-Spd AT w/Navigation.
5
Pros: Decent styling and four wheel steering is intriguing.
Cons: Why can't Acura accept that luxury buyers want power? A car that will price >$50,000 with a V6 and only 310 HP? Even the $14,000 less Genesis has a standard V6 @ 333 HP with the option to upgrade to a V8 with 429 HP. That is what a luxury buyer wants.
Overall review: Decent styling but nothing that will set the world on fire. Underpowered V6 for the segment. Acura will have another failure on its hands and blame, once again, everything but its own decision to stick with an underpowered V6.
