The High class Jeep by ezshift5 on 04/11/2014. Trim: 2014 Jeep Compass Limited 4X4, Owned less than 1 year.
Pros: Modern style, Interior comfort, smooth ride, decent handling, good cargo room.
Cons: Terrible blind spots, slow acceleration, adequate gas mileage, small gas tank.
Overall review: I purchased the 14 Compass Limited 4X4. I've heard a lot of bad things about compass' in general, from poor gas mileage, poor performance, and poor quality. But over the past 2-3 years Jeep has vamped up the Compass and made it a decent compact SUV. I love the way it looks. The sharp lines and clean edges make this a mean looking Jeep if done right. It stands out on the road and looks more luxury than normal Jeeps. Unfortunately, the performance really is lacking. Though adequate to get you from point A to point B, your heart will never race in this thing. I do have to say however, it's handling is awesome, and obviously it has one of the greatest 4X4 systems on the planet. The interior is nice and makes you feel high class. Beware of the looming blind spots, luckly mine has a back up cam or it would be near impossible to go in reverse. Can't say much for quality though it seems to be holding up nicely. I would recommend if you are looking for a small SUV with the Jeep logo on it.
