Sweet ride and very quiet and calming by An MSN Autos Consumer on 03/26/2013. Trim: 2013 Ford Fusion Energi Titanium, Owned less than 1 year.
Pros: It is very easy to charge and does very well in city driving. I love using mostly electricity for all my short trips. At 4 cents per mile that is nice also.
Cons: It has taken me a while to learn how to interface with the Nav. system and the voice activated controls.
Overall review: I have had this car for about 6 weeks so far and really like it. I have had several passengers and they have all liked the ride, room in the back, performance, sound system, sun roof, really quiet ride, heated seats and head room. They have also really been impressed with the electric component.

made a believer out of me by Kris on 09/02/2013. Trim: 2013 Ford Fusion Energi SE Luxury, Owned less than 1 year.
Pros: The shopping was tedious, very difficult to get color/option combo as I think FORD did not anticipate popularity, settled for silver/dune combo. But so far, in love with car. Quality is excellent! The car just silently glides and I get close to 50mpg in hybrid mode (not sure yet to determine the elec. only). Plug in has been easy, getting about 22-25 miles in electric mode. My biz assoc. love it & want me to drive for meetings. FYI I also considered the Audi A4 diesel (costs more), the Volt (too small), and the prius plug in (ugly, costs the same, less options, 10 miles in electric).
Cons: the head liner front windshield and rear window edges are rough (highly out of place considering the rest of the impeccable interior quality), driver seat bottom could tilt forward a bit more and the bolsters could be a bit wider. Trunk quite small (battery uses a lot of space
Overall review: 9 out of 10 (and that's coming from a former MB owner!)

Next Generation Vehicle by Seasoned Driver on 08/06/2013. Trim: 2013 Ford Fusion Energi Titanium, Owned less than 1 year.
Pros: This car was a very pleasant surprise - terrific use of energy (last 1,058 miles averaging 105.7 mpge or 1057.7 miles / [3.58 gallons + 218Kwh/34.14 (1 gallon of gas = 34.1 Kwh)], plenty of power, full featured. It is just a great car - not just a great plug-in hybrid. The high mileage is due to at least 90% of our driving trips have been 25 miles or less. It is advertised as 21 miles on a full charge, but the regenerative braking on average boost it to about 25 mile range in our case.
Cons: The electronic instrumentation is a little "buggy" and not necessarily intuitive, but fully usable. The trunk is very small - would not recommend this car for a young family with children or someone who needs to transport a lot of things in the trunk. Having said that the rear seats do fold down for extra storage.
Overall review: Would highly recommend this vehicle if trunk space isn't an issue. You get optimal energy use if your round trip mileage is under 25 miles (less in cold or very hot weather), but you can enjoy a great ride either way.

Energi saves Money by Dakota Kid on 05/29/2013. Trim: 2013 Ford Fusion Energi Titanium, Owned less than 1 year.
Pros: It was hard to go to a Ford car when i'd been driving a GM for 20 years, but I am impressed. It is very smooth to drive, very quiet and seems very well built. The interior is very stylish and comfortable. It has just about every kind of electronic gadget you want, from hooking up your ipad or phone, usb stick or blue-tooth device. As for the actual driving, it is actually very relaxing. It has enough power to pass on the highway and when on EV only mode it has plenty of pep, even pull away faster off the line than most cars.
Cons: It gets about 20 miles on a charge, and while this is pretty good, It will be nice if they can double that in the near future. We are finding ourselves driving this more and more over our other vehicles and 20 miles gets used up fast. Only gripe is maybe the Entertainment system is very complex, takes a while to figure out how to do what you want sometimes. But voice commands are helpful
Overall review: The best part about our Fusion Energi hybrid is how much it saves on gas. We have put 1480 miles on it and only filled up gas twice, and have approx. 250 gasoline engine miles left on this tank. Electric miles (from plugging in every night) and regen braking miles total about 500 miles. So even conservatively 1700 miles on about 90 bucks of gas is pretty awesome. (haven't seen my electric bill yet but i'm figuring about $35-45 per month. Plus this car looks great and drives like a regular sedan (not small like electric only models) I will be recommending this vehicle to anyone looking to save some money and is sick of gas prices always going up for no good reason! :)

first time in a FORD... by Kris on 10/28/2013. Trim: 2013 Ford Fusion Energi SE Luxury, Owned less than 1 year.
Pros: 1) So far, getting about 48-49 mpg in hybrid mode, but only about 22-24 miles in ev (electric only) mode. 2) very quite ride - luxury like in every way 3) good fit and finish with nice materials used 4) seamless technology
Cons: the one-touch window switches get sticky and don't work right the rear window could use a roll-up shade option
Overall review: Great car! I wish it would go farther in ev mode though.
