Sweet ride and very quiet and calming
by An MSN Autos Consumer on 03/26/2013.
Trim: 2013 Ford Fusion Energi Titanium, Owned less than 1 year.

Pros:
It is very easy to charge and does very well in city driving. I love using mostly electricity for all my short trips. At 4 cents per mile that is nice also.
Cons:
It has taken me a while to learn how to interface with the Nav. system and the voice activated controls.
Overall review:
I have had this car for about 6 weeks so far and really like it. I have had several passengers and they have all liked the ride, room in the back, performance, sound system, sun roof, really quiet ride, heated seats and head room. They have also really been impressed with the electric component.

Energi saves Money

Pros:
It was hard to go to a Ford car when i'd been driving a GM for 20 years, but I am impressed. It is very smooth to drive, very quiet and seems very well built. The interior is very stylish and comfortable. It has just about every kind of electronic gadget you want, from hooking up your ipad or phone, usb stick or blue-tooth device.
As for the actual driving, it is actually very relaxing. It has enough power to pass on the highway and when on EV only mode it has plenty of pep, even pull away faster off the line than most cars.
Cons:
It gets about 20 miles on a charge, and while this is pretty good, It will be nice if they can double that in the near future. We are finding ourselves driving this more and more over our other vehicles and 20 miles gets used up fast.
Only gripe is maybe the Entertainment system is very complex, takes a while to figure out how to do what you want sometimes. But voice commands are helpful
Overall review:
The best part about our Fusion Energi hybrid is how much it saves on gas. We have put 1480 miles on it and only filled up gas twice, and have approx. 250 gasoline engine miles left on this tank. Electric miles (from plugging in every night) and regen braking miles total about 500 miles.
So even conservatively 1700 miles on about 90 bucks of gas is pretty awesome. (haven't seen my electric bill yet but i'm figuring about $35-45 per month. Plus this car looks great and drives like a regular sedan (not small like electric only models)
I will be recommending this vehicle to anyone looking to save some money and is sick of gas prices always going up for no good reason! :)
