Pros: doesn't drive like the typicall econobox handles well , good power, that was the difference over the civic and others getting 39 mpg average on 700 mile highway trip 33 to 35 local driving 5 door has a lot of usable room
Cons: there isn't much not to like needs better cup holder / console design exterior styling is a little over done
Overall review: very good car good price /performance no regrets

slow expensive mazda3 by An MSN Autos Consumer on 06/22/2013. Trim: 2013 Mazda Mazda3 i Sport MT 4-Door, Owned less than 1 year.

Pros: it handles OK
Cons: The car is slow, the fuel milage is not even close to 40 mpg. My old 08 focus that traded in for this car was faster and more economical. The road noise is much worse than I expected . I took it back to the dealer to have the loose driver seat fixed and the tech told me they were all that way and did nothing to fix it. the audio system leaves alot to be desired it needs a mid range setting or something it's ether too boomy or tinny sounding and the car sounds like a loud farm tractor for the first 10 min. when you start it up
Overall review: the car is a slug too expensive for what it is and the skyactiv motor is a bummer ,low mileage low performance and totaly un upgadeable with no turbo possable be cause of the high comperssion I have a feeling long term the high compression will also be a problem as the car ages
