Stealthy, Fast and Fun to Drive

Pros:
Stealthy Fast! just bought the Monsoon Gray S4, Traded in my 07 A4. Full packages, Tech and Sport Diff. Wanted the S5 with the V8 for years, but Audi is hanging thier hat on the 3.0 V6T Supercharged engine, 333 HP (307 at the wheels) and 354 Lb feet of torque, the same as the V8. This car is "bad fast", WIfe and I fight about who gets to drive it! the Tech package is awesome, Mobile hot spot for up to 8 devices! Nav, Sirius, Back up camera, Blue tooth, what else is there. The sport Diff is awesome and you can customize the ride. I "dusted off" a big Jag sedan last night on I-95! Looking at the APR staged upgrades to make it even more fun! Car sounds like it has a V8 in it, & fast
Cons:
My Wife is always making excuses to try and drive it, and make me drive her Q5, not a bad trade off, but not the S4!!
So far nothing to complain about. just as an FYI, the mobile hot spot is only 3G and goes down to 2G in rural areas. Car came with 6 months Free Wireless with T-Mobil, so that may be the issue. Plan on switching to Verizon when the free trial is over. The cost is seperate like the sirius radio, and it's $34.00 per month, something to consider.
Fuel- if you "drive it like you stole it" which is hard NOT to do!! :-) it does drink gas quick!
Overall review:
Stealthy Looks, Fast, fun to drive, Handles great! Comfortable roomy interior for 4. Tech package is really nice. sounds like a big V8 Muscle car! fun to sneak up on expensive Sports cars like BMW's and blow them off!

Not a thing. Only wish I could get on the highway every time I got in it.

Hits the sweat spot

Pros:
Fun to drive. It is powerful, quick and does everything well. My daily driver that carries 4 people comfortably, can hold my mountain bike inside with the seats folded, and then can be put in dynamic mode with full ADS and haul. Have S-tronic, first auto ever, and love it, it is technically superior, and faster than a manual. Put it in comfort and it is smooth and happy to carry parents to dinner in luxery.
Cons:
Could say that it does fast so comfortably and smooth that it is too fast. The old adage that it is more fun to drive a slow car fast than a fast car slow. If you push this car, you will be over double the limit with ease. I think it hits the sweet spot of luxery, comfort and performance, but if you want the go kart reflexes of something like an EVO, then some of that is lost in the heavier and more comfortable part of the balance. My previous B5 S4 was a bit more tossable.

Would buy again in a heartbeat!

Pros:
It's so fast! And it handles even better. Amazing grip on the road. The interior is beautiful. I have the black leather seats with the white stitching that really pops out. The Sound system - Bang and Olefsen, is amazing! Absolutely love this car. Bought it at the end of the year (Dec 30th) last year. Got a lot off the price because of it. Service is excellent, as is the warranty, but it's basically the same warranty you can get on any car (4 years - 50,000 miles). Looks great! The led lights ultimately sold me, and the adaptive lights are excellent. I highly recommend this car.
Cons:
The navigation system is not very good. Takes me to places that don't exist or takes me on routes that are flat wrong. Not sure why. Looks cool though, and I look cool, even though I'm lost. My iphone 4 would occasionally cut out while I was on the phone. My Samsung Galaxy S-3 doesn't do that, so it's better.
Overall review:
I did a lot of research (over a year) before I made my decision. I may have gone with the BMW 335i, but you can't get it in stick shift unless you order it. Ridiculous!!! The Mercedez C350 didn't come in stick either. That's a crime! That ultimately swayed me from getting the Black S-4 instead of the Black 335 coupe I was looking at. There are more 328's in stick than 335's. Amazing...
