Fantastic, I forget its a truck when driving.

Pros:
Love design, ride, looks, comfort,option, constantly getting positive comments and inquires on vehicles. However, I also have a 2003 gmc sierra with same engine and consistently get 2.1 LEST mpg on the 2013 Avalanche than on the sierra, this is over same terrain and station to station on fill up with me driving each trip.. GM had no comment, only said only engineering dept would know why. The diffenece is 16.1 to 18.2mpg. Both automatic with 4 whl drive. the Sierra has a 373 gear and the Avalanche a 342.
Cons:
Gas millage.
Overall review:
Great vehicle would buy another anytime shame they will no longer be produced.

Pros:
My 2012 Avalanche LT has 15,000 miles have had no trouble with it at all. It burns as much gas as my 2001 Jeep I traded. great on the road and cuts through snow like a hot knife through butter...
Cons:
Know where you are going to park if you go somewhere where parking is an issue. this truck is BIG....

Pros:
Had an 05 Avalanche 2500 BIG BLOCK and just loved it! Put 157,000 miles on it and since this is the last year I had to get a new one before there gone! The new one is great and the ride is so much better. Hope it last forever since this is the last year.
Cons:
Gas mileage on the 05, but on the new one....Nothing!

Great vehicle to bad this is the last year.

Pros:
selling 02 avalanche and taking delivery of 13. best vehicle i have ever owned. 62 yrs. old and this could be my last truck so i want to make it a good one. have owned many GM cars over the years. 6 different caddies and some pontiacs. when i first bought my 02 my wife didn't want to take it on trips and wanted to stick with her caddy. one 200 mile drive in the avalanche and the caddy never saw the road again. gas milage is what it is and if you can't afford gas you probably can't afford this truck anyway.
Cons:
blind spots on passenger " A" frame and backing up. getting the camera so i'll keep looking to the right 3 times before pulling out.
Overall review:
niche vehicle and not for everyone. I am a large person and this vehicle fits with plenty of head room
