Nice design, gas guzzler, overpriced
by Steve in Marietta on 04/09/2012.
Trim: 2012 Mercedes-Benz M-Class ML350 4MATIC, Owned less than 1 year.

Pros:
Styling, interior design, controls are within easy reach and intuitive. Gas engine is powerful.
Cons:
Gas mileage is horrible averaging 14/15 in city and 18 on highway for gas model. MB text seats - essentially vinyl should never be found on a car worth this much. Reliability for a new model - already had a few minor engine problems, hoping that the bugs are worked out. Bluetooth connection is complicated and does not always work with streaming.
Overall review:
Very nice looking car, classy but should have bought the leather seats. Fuel economy is the pits. Even if you buy the diesel, you need to take into account the diesel ad blue fuel additive that you have to use. When you run out it will cost $50 to refill!!!
Honestly I am having some buyers remorse and in hindsight maybe should have bought the AudiQ5, better gas mileage, nice looks and pocketed $15k. M class is overpriced for what you truly get.

Pros:
The 302 hp V-6 is fast and fun to drive. Ride is great, handles the road very well. It is a Mercedes-Benz. The rear DVD players are great.
Cons:
The inside tec. is behind all the others. I could have spent less and got the latest and greatest. 3 mo. old and the inside is starting to rattle and make noise. A M.B. should never have cheap noises from fit and finish in my opinion. Fuel milage is less than average. Over priced!
Overall review:
Fast and safe SUV, but drive them all before you buy.

Pros:
More power than last years model. Driving feels like an E class, does not feel like an SUV. Gas milage is improving the more I drive this SUV, last trip averaged 22.8 MPG. GPS has more features and the controls are much easier to handle.
Cons:
I am not crazy for the seats, they could have kept the orginal seats that where in the 2011 and later models.
Overall review:
Good overall SUV wish they would have not touched the seats.

Has what I needed.
by Gramps42 on 12/18/2011.
Trim: 2012 Mercedes-Benz M-Class ML350 BlueTEC, Owned less than 1 year.

Pros:
Styling, handling, acceleration, 24mpg. in town, 28+ hwy., ride comfort and visibility. Passengers cannot believe that we have a diesel engine.
Cons:
Navigation in the voice mode does not recognize mine or my wife's voice and sure can give some odd responses. Navigation could be made much easier.
Overall review:
Overall very pleased with this vehicle. Quality is better than our previous E350 sedan and more fun to drive.
