Pros:
Bought one for my 20 year grand daughter and she loves it.One thing she like is she sits higher so has a better view of the road. She had a toyota camry which was a good car but she didn,t love it like the compass.
Cons:
Nothing
Overall review:
We'll see how it holds up.

Pros:
Very nice car, used for commuting. Gets good gas mileage and handles well. Love the Uconnect option
Cons:
Needs a little more get up and go. Seems to struggle going up steep hills.
Overall review:
Love the car. Needed a small 4x4 or AWD vehicle with good gas mileage and the Compass delivers

Jeep Compass Limited is a steal at the price.

Pros:
I bought a 2012 Compass Limited and have enjoyed the car for about 6 months now. Navigation is great, Voice activated phone and radio are usefull and easy to use and 4x4 option works great.
Cons:
Small gas tank and would have liked a back-up camera.
Overall review:
Great ride for the price and fun to drive. More people should test drive this car before purchasing a similar loaded model for considerably more money/

Flawless

Pros:
Not the standard 4 door sedan look, like the idea of the hidden rear door handles, very unique, looks like a 2 door suv. This smaller size crossover handles like a sports car, is quiet, quick and smooth and has the utility of an all purpose suv, very useful and practical. Great for maneuvering around traffic and getting in and out of parking spaces. It is reponsive from a standstill, has power enough to pass, even at 70 to 80 mph (2.4 ltr. 172 hp engine), am getting 24 city, 29 highway mileage. Originally bought in Sept. 2011 at a fair price (compared to other small suv brands with even less standard equipment). It has been flawless, no problems whatsoever, I like it more each day.
Cons:
It should come in a six cylinder option for even more capabilty and the dip stick tube for the oil should be more visible.
Overall review:
Awesome car for the price, it is a mini Grand Cherokee, I call it my full size compact. Jeep should
be proud of this car and advertise it more, it is very underrated and under publisized

Nice little vehicle
by Wet Pacific NW on 06/25/2012.
Trim: 2012 Jeep Compass Sport FWD.

Pros:
Drove it and bought it the same day. Really impressed with the 2.0 engine with manual transmission. MPG is pretty good too ! Sit up a little higher than most small vehicles and seems to be a little more rugged. My other vechicle of almost 10 years is a F250 full size long bed XLT. Someone said the suspension is a little stiffer on the Compass but I really like it and it has plenty of leg/head room for my husband at 6' and it works for me too at 5'1".
Cons:
can't think of any right now. Rebates really got the price waayyy down too.
Overall review:
Like !
