Pros: Everything.
Cons: Not a thing.
Overall review: I have had many sport cars in my day, but the Vette has always pulled through as the number one best buy overall. Had a 2008 911....nothing but problems, IMS/Engine Failure. Owned 2 previous Vettes, not a problem.

Vette, not worthy by RSW on 01/20/2014. Trim: 2012 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible Grand Sport 3LT.

Pros: Great looking car. Drove the grand sport model
Cons: Cheap. and incredibly poor craftmanship
Overall review: So I narrowed my new "weekend" car down to a toss up between the 2012 Corvette GS (removable top, not convertable) and the 2009 MB SL550. I was specifically looking for a dealership that had both on the lot so I didn't get buyers amnesia betwen the two. Long story short there was no comparison. The corvette was cheap and flemsy in comparison. Close the driver side door of the vette and it sounded like a beer can with all the trim about to fly off the door. Almost embarrasing to call it an american made car. The MB, tigh,t solid, impeccable. Now some may say I'm comparing apples to oranges but I'm keeping in mind the vette had an MSRP of $60K. Sorry GM, going with the german.

Pros: 2013 Grand Sport 3LT: Great speed, handling and the car looks awesome.
Cons: The ceramic brakes product a lot of brake dust. Hard to keep the tires and rims clean.
Overall review: The corvette is my dream car and a military retirement gift, never regret getting it. A true American car!!!

Pros: Speed, handeling, and very happy with the fit and finish.
Cons: Traction system is poor, seem to work when it wants to.Arm rest needs to be bigger, Time you put a small weapon in there , not much room left. Clutch release point could be lower in the swing.
Overall review: I have had several corvettes over the years, 1964 to the lates 2012 GS. This is the best, When I buy a VetteI want it to handel and go fast. Seast need some work, need to hold me in the car.The dry slump system great, you just need to train your dealers on HOW MUCH OIL GOES IN THE CAR>. Can you tell dealers that black is not the only guts color.
